Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at your accommodation in Kathmandu. After breakfast proceed to Kakani. Arrival at Kakani and settle into your comfortable accommodation. After settling into accommodations, participants engage in an opening yoga session for relaxation. And later on, a group meditation session followed by a welcome dinner.

Begin next day with a rejuvenating Sunrise Meditation and Yoga session in the morning. Following this, enjoy a healthy nourishing breakfast and take a rest. Then group meditation time in evening for peace of mind. The day concludes with a communal dinner.
