We have all of our meals during trekking at the tea houses, which typically serve a variety of local Nepalese dishes such as dal bhat, noodles, curries, soups, Tibetan bread, momo, etc. Some tea houses may also offer more Western-style dishes such as pasta and pizza.
While climbing, the meals are prepared by the supporting crew. The crew will carry food and other supplies to the base camp and set up a kitchen tent. They will prepare all meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is usually basic but nutritious and high-energy, to sustain the climbers during the climb.

Charging: To charge your device during Tharpu Chuli peak climbing better buy a solar charger. In tea houses, you can charge by paying a few extra bucks. While climbing, carry a power bank with you.
Internet: There is not a good wifi facility available along the trail, so we recommend you get a tourist sim and use data, which is much more accessible and cost-effective. Do understand the network might not be steady all the time, and some parts of the trail may not get any network.
Hot shower: You can take hot showers in the tea houses along the trekking route by paying a few extra bucks. As the locals rely on wood, they charge you additional money for the service. For the climbing period, we suggest you use wet tissues to wipe your body.
